SIGN is a European funded project which aims to increase the perception, in young consumers, of the intellectual property rights value as engine of social and economic progress for the entire community.

The contest is open to all people (amateurs or professional from 15 to 24 years old) who are domiciled or resident in a UE member State involved in the project (ch. ORGANIZERS). The participants must sign up to the website and then they can publish in the multimedia gallery a sensitization original product about the value of intellectual property. Website visitors can view all contents and then they can vote their favourite one. The most voted works will be evaluated by an internal project committee, which will award the prizes to the first three best works (ch. PRIZES). In addition, participants must answer the 3 simple question of the on-line survey (which is essential for participating in the contest), review all information given in the website and accept the participation contest rules. The online survey will provide to the participants self-awareness about their own idea of intellectual property rights.

Participation is free. Participants must not be employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition and they must not be a family relation of any such person.

Minors can participate only with parental consent (or with approval of a person exercising permanent or temporary parental authority or legal guardianship). All the works must be uploaded within the expiration participation date. Only one work for each participant is admitted.
